The seminar featured detailed discussions on \u201cIncome Tax Act 2025 and Changes in Rules\u201d and \u201cIssues and Solutions in Appeals before GST Tribunal.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key speaker CA Prerna Kishore Peshori stated that the new Income Tax Act will come into effect from April 1, 2026, with simplified language and procedures aimed at making compliance easier for taxpayers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Another speaker, CA Gaurav Gupta, highlighted practical challenges faced while filing appeals before the GST Appellate Tribunal and suggested effective solutions to address them.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The programme was chaired by CA Rashmi Kesarwani and former chairman CA Sanjay Ojha.
