Subsequently, a memorandum addressed to the Chairman and CEO of the Railway Board was submitted to the General Manager of BLW.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>While addressing the gathering, DLW Mazdoor Sangh General Secretary Krishna Mohan Tiwari said that although the Government of India has taken several corrective measures due to the struggles of BMS and BRMS, the Railway Board\u2019s order dated April 24, 2026, regarding the surrender of 2 percent technical and non-technical posts across Indian Railways is unacceptable.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>He further alleged that BLW management is promoting outsourcing and contractual systems in an arbitrary manner. Employees are being forced to work three to four times more than normal under the pretext of achieving targets, adversely affecting their health and increasing the risk of accidents. He warned that if the administration fails to act in time, the union will be compelled to launch a prolonged agitation, for which the BLW administration would be solely responsible.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>BMS Kashi Province Chief Rakesh Kumar Pandey, while addressing the workers, said that all employees must unite on one platform to fight against outsourcing in BLW and assured full support from Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh in every struggle.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Employee Council member Naveen Kumar Sinha said that the agitation would continue until the government withdraws its \u201carbitrary order.\u201d Another council member, Dharmendra Singh, demanded an immediate halt to outsourcing and the urgent recruitment of lifter drivers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><strong>Among those present at the protest were Radha Vallabh Tripathi (BRMS), Ram Krishna Gupta, Narendra Mishra, S.P. Singh, Mukesh Singh, Shyam Mohan Tiwari, Neeraj Pal, B.D. Dubey, Bairagi Yadav, Ajay Singh, K.C. Pandey, Ranjeet, Deepak Patel, Ravi Singh, Bharat Bhushan, Abhijeet, Anand Singh, Sudhir, Rahul Sharma, Jaswant Tiwari, Gaurav Srivastava, Anand Rai, Sandeep, Manish Pandey, Ritesh Singh, Anil Patel, Satish, O.N.
