Demarcation Process for Village Road Begins on Tehsildar\u2019s Orders; Relief Expected for Over 140 Families<\/strong><\/p>\n

Administration Acts on Long-Pending Complaint of Suddhipur Residents, Assures Action Within Four Working Days<\/strong><\/p>\n

Varanasi: The district administration has initiated the process of road demarcation in Suddhipur village under Shivpur police station area following complaints from local residents who have been facing severe transportation and accessibility issues for several years.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Around 140\u2013150 families in the village have reportedly been struggling with poor connectivity, particularly during the monsoon season when waterlogging and muddy conditions make movement difficult for villagers, including women, children, and elderly residents. Seeking relief, residents had submitted a memorandum to the District Magistrate requesting immediate intervention.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the villagers, a stay order issued by the court applies only to 0.158 hectares of Arazi No. 337, which has a total area of 0.259 hectares. They claim that the remaining 0.101 hectares is not covered by the stay order. However, the entire land parcel has allegedly been treated as disputed, resulting in obstacles to the construction and repair of the village access road.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Taking the matter seriously, the Sadar Tehsil administration has launched an inquiry into the issue. Acting on the directions of the Tehsildar (Sadar), a revenue team has been constituted to carry out the necessary land demarcation and identify a lawful passage route in accordance with revenue records and legal provisions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The administration has assured residents that the matter will be resolved as per rules and that the required action will be completed within four working days.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Welcoming the initiative, villagers expressed hope that the long-standing problem would finally be addressed, providing smooth and convenient access to hundreds of residents in the area.<\/strong><\/p>\n
