Grand Welcome to Governor Laxman Acharya at Jeet Home Society; Discussions Held on Heritage and Development of Ramnagar

Varanasi (Ramnagar): A grand and dignified welcome was accorded to Governor Laxman Acharya at Jeet Home Society, Ramnagar, Varanasi. On this occasion, a special seminar was organized by the Maa Mansa Devi Temple Committee focusing on the heritage of Ramnagar and regional development.
The program was chaired by R.C. Jain, while M.P. Madhukar Pandey served as the General Secretary and Jeet Kumar Sinha as the Treasurer. Several distinguished personalities including R.C. Jain, R.K. Chaudhary, Dilip Patel, BJP President Jeet Kumar Sinha, Raj Srivastava, and Sanjulika actively participated in the event. A large number of eminent citizens from the district also attended and expressed their views.
During the seminar, speakers highlighted the glory, significance, and miracles associated with Maa Mansa Devi. R.C. Jain emphasized the historical importance of Ramnagar’s ancient Ramlila and Maa Durga Temple, stressing the need for concrete steps towards regional development. He also suggested promoting such initiatives further to develop the area as a tourism hub, enabling visitors from across the country and abroad to experience its rich cultural heritage.
A proposal was also put forward for the development of the Maa Mansa Devi Temple and for increasing public participation in its activities.
During the event, dignitaries including Ravi Shankar Sharma (President, Jeet Home Society), Jeet Kumar Sinha, and Raj Srivastava welcomed the Governor by presenting bouquets and shawls. Other notable attendees included Dilip Kumar Srivastava, P.K. Srivastava, Kanhaiya Lal Srivastava, Sujit Kumar, V.K. Singh, Prem Prakash, Praveen Kumar Gupta, and K.K. Srivastava.
The proceedings were conducted by Madhukar Pandey. In the end, Jeet Kumar Sinha expressed gratitude to all guests. The program concluded with the chanting of Vande Mataram and the National Anthem.
