Allegations of Forged Documents and Judicial Manipulation Against Banaras Club Limited; Petition Filed Under BNSS Section 379 in Varanasi Court

Varanasi: A petition has been filed in the District and Sessions Court, Varanasi, against office bearers and other associated persons of Banaras Club Limited alleging preparation and submission of forged documents to influence judicial proceedings, along with accusations of cheating, forgery, and criminal conspiracy.

According to the application submitted before the Special Judge, SC/ST Court, petitioner Jitendra Kumar Tiwari alleged that certain office bearers of the club intentionally presented fabricated and forged documents before the court with the objective of misleading the judicial process and contaminating the administration of justice.

The petition further claims that influential individuals connected with the club have allegedly misused their influence over government machinery to carry out unlawful activities. It has also been alleged that manipulation was carried out in relation to land records and other documents associated with the club in an attempt to misrepresent facts before the court.

The petitioner has accused several office bearers and associates of being part of a criminal conspiracy and has sought legal action under Section 379 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), corresponding to the erstwhile Section 340 of the CrPC, requesting the court to initiate an inquiry and take appropriate legal action.
