Grand Finale of Adarsh Foundation Purvanchal Under-14 Cricket Tournament
Banaras 11 Crowned Champions
Varanasi: The Adarsh Foundation Purvanchal Under-14 Cricket Tournament, organized under the aegis of Banaras Cricket Association Purvanchal, concluded on a high note in Varanasi. After a series of thrilling matches, Banaras 11 emerged as champions in the Under-14 category, while Silver Grow Under-17 clinched the Under-17 title. The event was conducted with the support of Baba Avadhoot Nath Siddharth Gautam Ram Seva Nyas.
Under-17 Final
Silver Grow defeated Adarsh Foundation in the final. Batting first, Silver Grow posted 108 runs in 20 overs, with Sawan Kumar (37) and Arnav (22) leading the scoreboard. Krishna (4 wickets) and Vaibhav (2 wickets) bowled well for Adarsh Foundation.
In reply, Adarsh Foundation were bowled out for 69 runs. Aditya (22) and Siddharth (14) fought hard, but Arnav’s शानदार four-wicket spell earned him the Man of the Match award.
Under-14 Final
Winning the toss, Banaras 11 scored 137 runs in 19.1 overs. Aditya (26), Amit (20), and Aman (19) made key contributions. For Bhadohi 11, Virat and Anoop took two wickets each.
Chasing 138, Bhadohi 11 managed 109/8 in 20 overs. Anoop Yadav top-scored with 66 runs. Shivam (3 wickets), Virat (2 wickets), and Aditya (2 wickets) led Banaras 11’s bowling attack to secure victory.

The closing ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Ashok Rai (MD, Laxmi Medical Surgical Center), Special Guest Anurag Dwivedi (MD, Adarsh Foundation De-Addiction Center, Ramnagar), and Ranji Trophy player Arvind Srivastava, who distributed prizes.
