Message of Ganga-Jamuni Harmony at ‘Sukoon – Dawat-e-Iftar’; Swami Oma D Akk Shares Iftar with Roza Observers
Varanasi: On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, a special event titled “Sukoon – Dawat-e-Iftar” was organized in Varanasi to promote the message of Ganga-Jamuni harmony and communal unity.
The highlight of the event was noted spiritual thinker Swami Oma D Akk sharing Iftar with people observing the fast, conveying a message of Hindu–Muslim unity and brotherhood.
During the program, Swami Oma D Akk delivered a philosophical talk on “Sukoon” (inner peace), humanity, and spiritual unity. He emphasized that peace and love in society can only be achieved when people rise above religion and caste and prioritize humanity.
The event aimed to bring people from different communities together to strengthen mutual respect, harmony, and goodwill. It was held on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Club Spiritual by Akk in Jawahar Nagar Colony, Varanasi.
Several social workers, intellectuals, and members of different faiths attended the gathering and shared the message of unity and brotherhood. The event was also streamed live on social media platforms to spread its positive message to a wider audience.
