MBS Family Donates Cooler to Old Age Home on Mother’s Day
Varanasi:
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, members of the MBS (Mahila Bhumihar Samaj) celebrated the day with elderly women at a senior citizens’ home in Sarnath. The members spent quality time with the residents, shared meals, sang bhajans, and offered emotional support and affection.
MBS founder Dr. Rajlakshmi Rai said that serving and spending time with elderly mothers is a matter of pride and responsibility. During the programme, member Kiran Singh donated a cooler to provide relief from the summer heat at the old age home.
Several members of the organization, including Dr. Rajlakshmi Rai, Poonam Singh, Dr. Manjula Chaudhary, Shakuntala Rai, Vandana Singh, Soni Rai and others, were present on the occasion.
