Conch Blown for ‘Go Pratishtha Dharmayuddha’ in Lucknow on March 11; March to Begin from Kashi on March 7

Varanasi: In a press conference held at Shri Vidya Math in Varanasi, organizers announced the launch of the ‘Go Pratishtha Dharmayuddha’, declaring that a decisive movement will begin if their demands are not met within the stipulated time.
Speakers stated that out of the 40-day deadline given to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, 30 days have already passed without any concrete decision on their key demands. These include declaring the cow as ‘Rajyamata’ (State Mother) and imposing a complete ban on beef exports from Uttar Pradesh, along with other points under a five-point charter.
The organizers emphasized that the movement will be entirely peaceful and ideological in nature. A ‘Sankalp Diwas’ (Day of Resolve) will be observed on March 6 at Shankaracharya Ghat. The ‘Gopratishtharth Dharmayuddha Shankhnad Yatra’ will commence on March 7 from Shri Vidya Math and proceed towards Lucknow.
The march will pass through Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Raebareli, Unnao, and Naimisharanya before reaching Lucknow on March 10.
The main event is scheduled for March 11, 2026, at 2:15 PM at Kanshiram Smriti Sanskritik Sthal, Aashiyana, Lucknow. During the programme, organizers will formally sound the ‘Dharmayuddha Shankhnad’ and announce the next phase of their strategy.
They further stated that if no decision is taken on their demands within the remaining days of the deadline, the responsibility will lie with the state government.
