Welcome to the State Government Decision & Thanks to Hon’ble Chief Minister
Varanasi: Deepak Agrawal, State Vice President of Uttar Pradesh Udyog Vyapar Sangathan, welcomed the recent decision of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
He informed that, accepting a long-pending demand of the organization, the government has increased the turnover limit for ₹100 food license registration from ₹12 lakh to ₹1.5 crore, effective from April 1, 2026. Additionally, all such registrations will now be lifetime valid, eliminating the need for renewal.
This decision will benefit millions of traders across the state. On behalf of the trading community, heartfelt thanks were expressed to the Hon’ble Chief Minister and Nitin Agarwal, Excise Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
