BTTA Delegation to Meet Union Transport Minister Soon Over Key Issues

Varanasi, A meeting of the Banaras Tourist Transport Association (BTTA) was held today at the PF Plaza, Nadesar camp office, where several important issues concerning the transport sector were discussed.
The meeting was chaired by BTTA President Rakesh Kumar Singh. Key concerns raised during the discussion included bus fitness regulations, bus permit-related challenges, and opposition to the imposition of one-time tax on smaller vehicles. Members collectively expressed strong dissatisfaction over these issues and agreed to take them up with higher authorities.
It was unanimously decided that a delegation of BTTA representatives will soon meet Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari to present their demands and seek resolution. Additionally, the association will also approach the Transport Commissioner in Lucknow to put forward their concerns.
