Akhil Pandey Tops Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Tax) List in UPPSC, Brings Glory to Azamgarh
Azamgarh: In a remarkable display of determination and academic excellence, Akhil Pandey, a native of Dharmpur Village in Jahanaganj, Azamgarh, has secured an outstanding position in the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) examination.

Appearing in the examination for the first time, Akhil has been selected for the prestigious post of Assistant Commissioner (Commercial Tax). Notably, he has secured the first rank in the Assistant Commissioner GST list and an impressive 55th rank in the overall merit list, marking him as one of the most meritorious candidates of the examination.
Son of Shailendra Pandey, a farmer, Akhil hails from a modest background and had a simple, grounded upbringing. He completed his schooling up to Class 12 from a village school, demonstrating consistent academic promise from an early stage. He later pursued his higher education in Commerce from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, where he further honed his knowledge and academic skills.

Known among peers as a sincere and knowledgeable individual, Akhil’s success is largely attributed to his disciplined self-study approach. Unlike many aspirants, he relied primarily on independent preparation, seeking guidance from coaching institutes only for mock tests and interview preparation.
