Grand Cow Protection Discourse to Be Held in Mustafabad from April 10–12

Varanasi: A press conference was organized on Wednesday at the Mahamana Madan Mohan Malaviya Institute of Journalism, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, regarding a grand “Gau Katha” event scheduled to be held on April 10, 11, and 12, 2026, at Mustafabad, Chiraigaon. The event is being organized by Prabuddhjan Kashi Nyas with the aim of promoting cow protection and conservation.
Addressing the media, the organizers highlighted the inspiring life journey of the discourse speaker, Mohammad Faiz Khan. They stated that he resigned from his prestigious position as an Assistant Professor to dedicate his entire life to the protection and promotion of cows. He has been actively spreading awareness across various states through Gau Katha programs.
According to the organizers, under the “Gau Seva Sadbhavana Yatra,” he has also completed a 15,000-kilometer foot march. They emphasized that the Gau Katha is not merely a religious event, but a platform to promote a cow-based economy, organic farming, environmental conservation, and the revival of Indian culture among all sections of society.
During the press conference, a detailed outline of the event was presented. The organizers described it as a significant initiative aimed at bringing positive social change, with participation expected from intellectuals, social workers, and prominent members of society.
Concluding the session, the organizers answered questions from journalists and appealed to the media to support and amplify this social awareness campaign.
