Grand Inauguration of “Shyam Kunj Sarees” New Showroom in Varanasi
Varanasi: A new and exclusive showroom of traditional Banarasi sarees, “Shyam Kunj Sarees,” located on Chowk Asbhairo Main Road, was inaugurated on Sunday with great pomp and grandeur. The showroom was formally inaugurated by Chief Guest Pt. Chandmouli Upadhyay and Shri Bharat Ji Sarraf, who jointly performed the ribbon-cutting and lamp-lighting ceremony.
On this occasion, the guests were warmly welcomed by the proprietors of the establishment, Arvind Jain, Sujeet Keshari, and their family members, with bouquets and traditional angavastram.
Addressing the gathering, proprietor Arvind Jain said that Shyam Kunj Sarees will offer customers a unique and rich collection of pure Banarasi silk sarees, Tanchhui, Jamdani, cutwork, and designer new-trend sarees. The showroom will also feature a wide range of lehengas, ladies’ suits, kurtis, bedsheets, dupattas, and other products, with prices ranging from ₹200 to ₹2,00,000.
Co-founder Sujeet Keshari stated that the aim of the venture is to promote and honor the traditional weaving art of Banaras and to provide genuine Banarasi sarees to customers at reasonable prices.
Directors Anant Jain and Akhil Keshari announced that a special gift scheme will be offered on every purchase for one week from the day of inauguration.
