Social Leadership is a Powerful Tool for Nation-Building: Anil Jajodia
Varanasi, May 31: A Social Leadership Seminar was organized at Hotel Landmark under the joint aegis of Kashi JCI Charitable Trust and JCI Kashi, where participants deliberated on the challenges, responsibilities, and opportunities associated with social leadership.
Addressing the gathering, Managing Trustee of Kashi JCI Charitable Trust, Anil K. Jajodia, emphasized that capable and well-intentioned individuals must come forward to take leadership roles for the overall development of society. He stated that social leadership plays a crucial role in shaping a progressive and responsible community.
The seminar featured insightful addresses by keynote speakers Sanjay Agrawal, Alka Poddar, and JCI Zone President Gaurav Seth, who highlighted the importance of trust, sensitivity, teamwork, and youth participation in effective leadership. The speakers unanimously stressed that positive social transformation can only be achieved when competent and ethical individuals accept leadership responsibilities.
On the occasion, Deepak Agrawal and Brahmanand Peshwani were honored with the “Social Leadership Award” in recognition of their outstanding contributions to society.
A large number of office-bearers and members from various social organizations attended the seminar. The event was conducted by Rohit Khemka, while the vote of thanks was delivered by Rajendra Mohan Sah.
