ICAI Varanasi Branch Organizes International Women’s Day Program
Varanasi: The Varanasi Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) organized a special program on the occasion of International Women’s Day on Monday, March 9, 2026, at the ICAI Bhawan in Premchand Nagar Colony, Pandeypur, Varanasi.
The program was inaugurated by Branch Chairman CA Vaibhav Mehrotra, who extended greetings on Women’s Day and highlighted the importance of recognizing women’s contributions and achievements in society.
The chief guests, Dr. Shipra Dhar Srivastava and Dr. Sneha Gupta, addressed the gathering and spoke about the vital role of women in society. They emphasized that women have excelled in various fields including education, business, politics, and family life, while also facing several challenges in pursuing their dreams and rights.
The program was anchored by CA Diksha Bhardwaj and coordinated by CA Divya Gwal. Branch Secretary CA Ranjeet Kumar Pandey delivered the vote of thanks.
Several members of the branch, including Vice Chairman CA Vikas Dwivedi, SICASA Chairman CA Naman Kapoor, executive members, and many women CA members, were present and actively participated in the event.
