SP Delegation Submits Memorandum to ADG Over Attack on Former Minister, Seeks Justice in Nisha Vishwakarma Case
Varanasi/Ghazipur: A Samajwadi Party (SP) delegation led by district president Sujit Yadav met ADG Piyush Mordia and submitted a memorandum regarding the attack on former minister Ram Asrey Vishwakarma and the murder of Nisha Vishwakarma.
The leaders alleged that the SP delegation was attacked with stone-pelting in Ghazipur’s Karanda area by supporters of village head representative Ashutosh Singh, leaving the former minister and several party workers injured, while police remained passive.
The delegation, including Akhilesh Yadav’s party members, demanded a fair probe, arrest of the accused, transfer of the murder case to a fast-track court, ₹50 lakh compensation for the victim’s family, and strict action against negligent police officials.
