Academic Seminar Successfully at ICSI Varanasi Chapter
Varanasi: An academic seminar was successfully organized by the Varanasi Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI–NIRC). The objective of the program was to strengthen the knowledge and professional skills of its members.
The keynote speaker, CS Suresh Pandey from Delhi, delivered an in-depth session on the Company Amendment Bill 2026. He explained the practical aspects of the subject in a simple and effective manner, emphasizing its significance in professional practice.
The program commenced with an address by Chapter Chairman CS Neeraj Tiwari, who highlighted that staying updated on the Company Amendment Bill 2026 is essential for company secretaries in today’s dynamic environment.
On this occasion, former Chairman CS Ajay Jaiswal, CS Namita Ujjwal, CS Amit, CS Shashank Dubey, and CS Shubham Srivastava, along with other members, shared their views and appreciated the initiative.
A large number of company secretaries from the Varanasi Chapter participated enthusiastically and described the seminar as highly informative and useful. The program was efficiently conducted by CS Sushant.
