‘Ik Parinde Si Udne Lagi Zindagi’ Released in Varanasi
Varanasi: The latest ghazal collection ‘Ik Parinde Si Udne Lagi Zindagi’ by noted ghazal poet Chhaya Shukla was released at the Government District Library auditorium on Saturday in the presence of eminent litterateurs and poetry lovers.
Senior litterateur Vashishtha Anoop, while releasing the book, said the collection beautifully reflects contemporary society and presents the bright, attractive and captivating shades of life.
Presiding over the event, Dr. Dayanidhi Mishra praised the ghazals for their wide thematic canvas and freedom from literary ideologies. Ghazal poet Shivkumar Parag highlighted the collection’s essence of love and its simple Hindi-Urdu blended language.
