Tree Plantation Drive Held at Ashirwad Institute on World Environment Day
Varanasi, June 5: On the occasion of World Environment Day, a tree plantation and environmental awareness programme was organized at Ashirwad Nursing and Paramedical Institute. Students, teachers, and staff members participated enthusiastically in the plantation drive and spread the message of environmental conservation.
Institute Director Dr. Sameer Gupta emphasized that trees are the foundation of human life and play a vital role in maintaining ecological balance. Principal Dr. Deepali Sachan encouraged students not only to plant saplings but also to take responsibility for their care and preservation.
During the programme, students pledged to reduce the use of plastic, conserve water, and motivate others to plant more trees for a greener and healthier future. The event was attended by Admin Officer Ashutosh Rai and nursing faculty members Neha, Sanju, Ameesha, Sakshi, along with other staff members and students.
