INDIA Alliance Demands Education Minister’s Resignation, Says Ashok Vishwakarma

Varanasi/New Delhi: Ashok Kumar Vishwakarma, State Vice President of the OBC Department of the All India Congress Committee (Uttar Pradesh), said that the INDIA Alliance meeting held at the Constitution Club in New Delhi reached a consensus on five key issues.

According to him, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge informed alliance leaders that the opposition would demand the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over alleged irregularities in the NEET and CBSE examinations.

The alliance also decided to raise concerns regarding unemployment, inflation, and the condition of farmers, urging the Central Government to convene an all-party meeting to discuss these pressing issues. Opposition leaders further expressed concern over the alleged irregularities in the conduct of NEET and CBSE examinations and reiterated their demand for accountability from the Education Ministry.

On the issue of alleged electoral malpractice and vote manipulation, leaders of the alliance decided to submit a letter to the Chief Justice of India (CJI), seeking appropriate intervention.
